METACITIES project's 3rd Plenary Meeting
Road Safety Institute (RSI) "Panos Mylonas" participated in the HORIZON METACITIES project's 3rd Plenary Meeting on the 25th and 26th of January in Patras, Greece. METACITIES goal is to establish a sustainable network for collaboration, cross-entrepreneurship, and knowledge exchange among partners from Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
RSI as a recognized "social partner," is dedicated to strengthening cooperation between the state, academic community, businesses, and citizens. RSI focus is on raising road safety awareness and providing training for various age groups. By identifying and addressing citizens' mobility needs, we aim to make a significant impact.
During the meeting, we reviewed the project’s progress and discussed our joint R&I strategy for smart cities. Furthermore, we mapped out plans and actions for the upcoming months, focusing on practical steps to ensure the successful progress of the project.
