Tuesday 11th April 2017 was a bright day for Greece’s road safety and infrastructure. The 120 kilometres long Corinth-Patras section of the Olympia National Road was inaugurated by the Greek Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras, making the trip from the city of Patras to the capital Athens just an hour and a half journey.

Youth, joy and community spirit were the overwhelming themes of a fantastic event that I had the privilege to attend on Saturday last when the Kastella Football Club played host to the youth team of the famous Panathenaikos club

At a meeting held on Tuesday 2/8/2016, the Secretary of Public Order, Mr. Dimitris Anagnostakis met with RSI’s President Mrs. Vassiliki Danelli Mylona. Both parties emphasized the need to strengthen the cooperation between the Ministry of Citizen Protection, the Greek Police and RSI ‘Panos Mylonas’ for road safety.

R.S.I. “Panos Mylonas” and the global initiative “Scouting for Global Road Safety” we are welcomed with great enthusiasm at the 23rd World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) which took place from July 28th to August 8th 2015 in Japan.
